A Cannon-produced slasher? Yes, please!
Unfortunately, I tend to forget that despite multiple explosions or beautifully misguided attempts at musicals, a lot of Cannon pictures don't have the best pacing. Boaz Davidson stages many scenes without much visual panache or energy and it drags the rest of the movie down.
The overarching idea of Barbi Benton being forced into surgery is a good one, but there's very little terror. The best and creepiest scene arrives when one of the rapey doctors does a physical examination on her and it gets WEIRD.
